Informational factsheet on Seasonal Hyper Acute Pan Uveitis (SHAPU) was developed - targeting the vulnerable general population at risk who visits the eye clinics and institutions. We designed the sheet on close coordination with the Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology understanding the greater magnitude of the disease among children in Nepal. Disease has the serious impact resulting in irreversible blindness — if not cured within 24-48 hours of onset of symptoms. Therefore, demand on the need of mass communication on SHAPU is high and Anweshan filled that gap in information through Tilganga Institute.
