Ministry of Health adopted the Routine Data Quality Assessment (RDQA) tool. Tool uses the data from the existing information systems such as HMIS and LMIS, and calculates quality metrics and identifies the potential areas related to data quality. However, users’ manual and tutorial on effective and appropriate use of the tool as a need of the users were unmet so far.

Anweshan therefore supported NHSSP-III, and developed an introductory 2D animation video description overarching the concept behind RDQA tool, its uses and advantages it provides. We were able to deliver a step-by-step video tutorial for using the tool. A dynamic user manual based on open source as MediaWiki was developed incorporating all the aspects of RDQA tool’s usability.
