Manish Gautam is the chairperson of Anweshan Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Manish Gautam is a researcher, renowned interviewer and a communication expert. He specializes in qualitative and quantitative research designs mainly on the use of Randomized Control Trails in social experiments and the Multi-Dimensional Poverty Index. His expertise also lies in research design, data analysis and developing communication strategies and plans.

Mr. Gautam has previously served as Asst. Senior Sub-Editor specializing in public health reporting with The Kathmandu Post. He is also a visiting faculty at Kathmandu University working with the Department of Development Studies and Department of Media and Communication. He has worked as a consultant with the World Health Organization, UNDP, UNICEF, Nepal Health Sector Support Programme and GIZ among others.

He holds a Master degree in Development Studies.
