A one-day workshop on “HMIS e-Reporting Trainings: Experience & Learning and Open Data and its potential for Nepal” was organized by Anweshan with the support from GiZ and the Ministry of Health. It was conducted in Hotel Himalaya at Jwagal, Lalitpur on 15th March 2018, with delegates from different health departments and the district health offices of Bhaktapur, Lalitpur and Kathmandu.

The workshop’s primary objective was to provide a platform for sharing the experiences and lessons learnt from various the intra-departmental e-reporting training sessions held in the past year for all the health personnel. The other objective was to share information about the upcoming ICT technologies with the health-sector stakeholders, as well as ensuring the availability of e-Reporting by 2020 in every district of Nepal.
