IPas Nepal along with the support of Anweshan, worked to prepare a report on the journey map of abortion law or policy, legal standing such as constitutions, supreme court decisions, guidelines governing the provision of abortion from 2000 to 2021. The study consisted of research evidence concerning the effects of abortion law and its impact on women’s health in Nepal, determinants of vulnerability to unsafe abortions (stigma, sociocultural barriers etc.) and concomitant access to care (geographic availability, competent care etc.)
